He graduated from Uniwersytet w Białymstoku as well as from Université Paris Dauphine (Master 2 European and International Commercial Law). He holds postgraduate diploma in Competition Law Studies from Polska Akademia Nauk. He studied at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid within LLP-Erasmus. A member of the Competition Law Association
He has several years of experience in legal advice in infrastructure projects and in matters related to environmental protection, in particular in the field of waste management. He also supports clients in criminal proceedings, including proceedings in white-collar crimes cases.
He advised the leaders of the railway, construction, engineering, energy and waste management sectors in the field of civil law, FIDIC contract conditions, public procurement law and administrative law.
He represented private and public entities at all stages of public procurement procedures and at the stage of performing public procurement contracts.
His particular interest is widely understood environmental protection law. In this regard, he comprehensively supported leading entities providing waste collection and management services in the Warsaw area. In addition, he has experience in matters related to environmental impact assessments, environmental decisions, IPPC permits, BAT reference documents and conclusions, ground surface contamination and liability for damage to the environment.
